Payment Procedures

Payment Via Teller

  1. Payment can be paid through Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BTN and Bank Syariah Mandiri.
  2. Mention the payment code, which you obtained after submission of your online application, to teller.
  3. Teller will process your payment to UGM Host To Host system. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database.
  4. You will get a payment receipt, keep it for your copy.

Payment via ATM

  1. Choose Pembayaran/Pembelian.
  2. Choose Multi Payment.
  3. Insert UGM institution code: 10005 then press BENAR.
  4. On NIU/No. Peserta field, insert payment code *) then Press BENAR.
  5. The screen will show your identity and the total amount of payment, then press 1 if the data is correct.
  6. Press YA for payment, press TIDAK for cancellation.
  7. Transaction finished. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database. You will get a payment receipt, keep it for your copy.

  8. Payment code*) : Payment code obtained after after submission of your online application.
  1. On main menu, Choose TRANSAKSI LAINNYA
  2. Choose PEMBAYARAN
  3. Choose MULTIPAYMENT
  4. Choose PENDIDIKAN
  5. Insert UGM institution code : 0001009 Press BENAR
  6. On NIU/No.Peserta field, enter Payment code *), Press BENAR
  7. Transaction finished. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database. You will get a payment receipt, keep it for your copy.

  8. Payment code*) : Payment code obtained after after submission of your online application.
  1. On main menu, Choose MENU LAIN
  2. Choose PEMBAYARAN
  3. Choose MENU BERIKUTNYA
  4. Choose UNIVERSITAS
  5. Choose STUDENT PAYMENT CENTER (SPC)
  6. Insert UGM institution code followed by billing code (payment code University code: 8002)
  7. Billing number input or Payment code*) : 800295504031997 (15 digits) then Press BENAR
  8. Choose YES for Payment
  9. Choose TABUNGAN
  10. Transaction finished. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database. You will get a payment receipt , keep it for your copy.

  11. Payment code*) : Payment code obtained after submission of your online application.
  1. On main menu, Choose TRANSAKSI LAIN
  2. Choose PEMBAYARAN/PAYMENT
  3. Choose PENDIDIKAN
  4. Insert UGM institution code + payment code *) for example: 881955040319971 (15 digits).
  5. Press BENAR
  6. Transaction finished. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database. You will get a payment receipt, keep it for your copy.

Payment via Internet Banking

  • Login to http://www.bankmandiri.co.id/ with your user ID and PIN Internet Banking Mandiri.
  • On the main menu, choose Pembayaran then choose Pendidikan.
  • On combo box Dari Rekening, choose your account that will be used for the transaction.
  • On combo box Penyedia Jasa, choose 10005 Universitas Gadjah Mada.
  • On NIU/No.Peserta field, insert your payment code which obtained after submission of your online application. Click Lanjutkan, your identity and the total amount of payment will be shown, then put a tick (?).
  • If the shown information is correct, click Lanjutkan.
  • Insert PIN Mandiri (6 digits) provided by Token PIN Mandiri and click Kirim.
  • Wait the response from banking internet system for the transaction status. If it is success, you will get transaction number. Payment details will be automatically saved into UGM database. You will get a payment receipt, keep it for your copy.
  1. Log in internet banking personal on https://ibank.bni.co.id/
  2. Choose Pembayaran/payment
  3. Choose Biaya Pendidikan
  4. Choose Pembayaran/payment
  5. Fill in the blank field and click Proses
  6. Field Keterangan
    Perguruan Tinggi Click drop down, choose Universitas Gadjah Mada
    Billing number*

    Input payment code which obtained after submission of your online application.

    From payment list For payment by bill number that already exists in the list of payments, click drop down and choose billing ID number
    From payment list Input your account number
    Click 'key' Click 'key', automatically shows challenge number
    Insert the response number resulted by BNI e-Secure Input challenge number on your BNI e-Secure token
    *) Billing ID on payment field via internet banking is the same as payment code via teller
  7. Input challenge number into token and input response number from token into the application. Click Lanjutkan.
  8. For a successful transaction screen is displayed as follows: Transaksi pembayaran berhasil dilakukan.
  9. Choose klik cetak bukti pembayaran to print your payment receipt.
