- Prepare all required documents. The committee only accepts documents that fulfill the criteria.
- Prepare your registration/participant number for your academic aptitude test and English proficiency test.
- Prepare the scanned versions of the original documents listed below and upload them when registering online. Each file’s size must be between 150KB and 800KB. Each file must be clearly readable for verification purpose.
No Document Format (1) The diploma from your most recent degree program *.pdf (2) The academic transcript from your most recent degree program (all pages and showing your GPA) *.pdf (3) The accreditation certificate (current and valid)of your former study program *.pdf (4) A valid certificate of an academic aptitude test* (issued no more than 2 years prior). The committee only accepts the certificates of following tests: - Tes Potensi Dasar Akademik (TPDA PLTI), and test schedule
- Tes Potensi Akademik Pascasarjana (PAPs) UGM, and test schedule
- Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) BAPPENAS, and test schedule
*) Applicants must submit such a test certificate. The minimum scores are determined by study programs and they can be higher than those shown above.
*.pdf (5) A valid certificate of an English proficiency test* (issued no more than 2 years prior). The committee only accepts the certificates of the following tests: - Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT) dari UGM, Contoh Sertifikat Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT) dan test schedule
- Test of English Proficiency (TOEP) dari Pusat Layanan Tes Indonesia (PLTI), dan test schedule
- International English Testing System (IELTS) dari institusi yang diakui oleh British Council/IALF/IDP, dan test schedule by IDP, test schedule by Bristish Council, test schedule by IALF
- Internet-Based (iBT) TOEFL dari institusi yang diakui oleh IIEF, dan test schedule
- Institutional Testing Program (ITP) TOEFL dari institusi yang diakui oleh IIEF, dan test schedule

*.pdf (6) A study permit or an assignment letter written by the applicant’s current employer (the form/template can be downloaded here) *.pdf (7) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or a valid Scholarship Award Letter (only for applicants applying through the partnership pathway) *.pdf (8) A statement of purpose detailing the applicant’s research interests, motivations for selecting the program, and post-graduation aspirations (The form/template for this statement can be downloaded here) *.pdf (9) A thesis research proposal draft*/an essay/other special requirements required by the study program. *) Mandatory for applicants applying for master’s degrees by research.
*.pdf (10) A statement of document authenticity (The form/template can be downloaded here). *.pdf - Write the names of two individuals you nominate write and submit their recommendations. Please ensure that their email addresses are valid and active.
- Pay the registration fee according to the instructions written in the payment stages. Paid registration fees cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another person/next admission period under any circumstances. Applicants who are not accepted in batch 1 because they do not meet the minimum scores for their English proficiency and academic aptitude test are welcome to reapply in the next batch provided that they can upgrade their scores to meet the requirements, in which case their registration fees will be waived. Please contact the study program you wish to apply to.
- Print and save your proof of registration. You will use this proof to proceed with your enrollment if accepted by the master’s study program you are applying to.
