Application Requirements for Professional Study Programs

Graduates from any university can apply to the professional study programs of Accounting, Pharmacy, Engineering, Livestock Engineering, and Forestry Engineering. The following are required for the application.

1. Applicants must be graduates of their most recent degrees.
2. A diploma of a bachelor’s degree or applied bachelor degree
3. An academic transcript
4. The accreditation certificate of most recent degree program. The accreditation status must be the current and valid accreditation and proven by a scanned accreditation certificate or its print screen obtained from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT)’s website. If the program’s accreditation is being renewed, a copy of the submission receipt of the accreditation documents to BAN-PT must be submitted.
5. A health certificate issued by a medical doctor
6. A color photograph measuring 3 x 4 cm
7. Paying a registration fee of IDR500,000.00
8. A statement of document authenticity (Download the form/template here)

The professional study programs of Medical Doctor, Veterinary, Dentistry, Nursing, Architecture, Dietetics, and Psychology are exclusively available for graduates of Universitas Gadjah Mada. The following are required for the application.

1. Applicants must be graduates or have been declared to have passed the judicium by their respective faculties in the month of:
   • March, April, May, June, July, or August to be able to start their studies in the Odd Semester, or
   • September, October, November, December, January, or February to be able to start their studies in the Even Semester
2. A bachelor’s diploma or a judicium certificate issued by the respective faculty;
3. An academic transcript;
4. A health certificate issued by a medical doctor;
5. A color photograph measuring 3 x 4 cm;
