UM UGM Computer Based Test (UM UGM CBT) 2025 – EN
UM UGM CBT is a selection path that uses a mix of scores from UGM’s own computer-based test and the national UTBK test..
It’s open to high school graduates (SMA/MA/SMK or Paket C), and you can choose two study programs in the Bachelor (S1) or Applied Bachelor (D4) track. Your first choice will be treated as your top priority.
The CBT includes three types of tests:
- Basic competency test;
- Potential assessment; dan
- Academic competency test (two subjects that match your chosen study program)
- General Requirements
- You must be in your final year of high school (SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent) or Paket C and graduating this year;
- You must be graduates of SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent, or Paket C, within the past two years;
- You must be no older than 25 years old by July 1 of this year;
- You must provide a certificate confirming current enrollment in Grade 12 or a graduation certificate in the final year of SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent, or Paket C. The document must include personal identification details and a recent photograph, and bear the official stamp of the school or authorized Paket C institution; or
- You must provide a diploma (ijazah) for graduates of SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent, or Paket C, within the past two years.
- Specific Requirements
- You must be graduates of SMA/MA/SMK or equivalent, or Paket C, within the past two years, or graduating in the current year, and no older than 25 years as of July 1 of the current year - proven by a diploma;
- Those graduating in the current year must also be no older than 25 years by July 1 and must have either a Grade 12 enrollment certificate or a graduation certificate (SKL) that includes personal details and a recent photo, stamped by the school or authorized Paket C institution; and
- You must have taken the UTBK-SNBT and obtained a score in the current year.
1. | Create a registration account at https://um.ugm.ac.id/pendaftaran and log in to fill out the online application form; | ||||||
2. | 2. Choose up to two study programs in the Bachelor (S1) and/or Applied Bachelor (D4) track. The order of choices reflects your priority; | ||||||
3. | Upload all required documents and lock your data to be able to select your preferred UM UGM CBT 2025 test location from the available options and receive a payment code; | ||||||
4. | 4. Make the registration payment by following the instructions provided in your registration account, using the payment code that has been issued;

5. | Print the UM UGM CBT 2025 Participant Confirmation Slip after completing registration; | ||||||
6. | Download and print the Test Card three days before the test date, starting at 3:00 PM WIB; | ||||||
7. | Attend the UM UGM CBT 2025 Examination according to the schedule listed on your Test Card; | ||||||
8. | Check the selection results on July 19, 2025, as announced by the official committee. |
Important Notification
Be sure to create your account and complete your data entry personally to prevent any errors. Please review all submitted information and documents carefully. Once your data is locked and the payment code is issued, no further changes can be made.
Please prepare scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded. Each file must be between 150KB and 800KB in size, and the scanned images must be clearly readable for verification purposes:
